Click here for our updated Fitness class programme COVID-19 Guidelines and Procedures The Sports Centre has re-opened following the recent lockdown and the health and safety of our members, guests and staff is our number one priority. As such, there are new procedures and protocols now in place to ensure the sports centre remains ‘COVID Safe’. Details relating to group exercise can be found below. • Access to fitness classes will be denied if you late for your session booking. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the advertised class start time and wait to be instructed by a member of staff. • Class participants are required to follow the one way filtering system when entering for a fitness class. Please proceed to the workout station assigned to you by a member of staff. • Once you have arrived at your designated workout station, please refrain from moving around the sports hall until your class has ended. • Please maintain social distancing while queuing for your fitness class. • Please refrain from using an excessive amount of sanitising wipes to clean down your workout station. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned on regular intervals by Sports Centre staff. • Currently, you are not permitted to bring a sweat towel with you when you attend a fitness class. Please use our disposable blue paper towels throughout your visit. • Please inform us if you are not able to attend your fitness class as spaces are limited.
