New Fitness Classes

 

Teen Circuits Class - Brand New

We are introducing a new Teen Circuits fitness class from Saturday 29th September to encourage and educate children aged 13-16 years on the importance of a healthy body and mind and how to exercise safely in a gym.

You will be shown a variety of exercises using a circuit style training routine with a qualified fitness instructor. 

This class is open to boys & girls aged 13-16 years.

Class time: Saturday 10.30 - 11.15am

Tuesday's at 7:00-7:30am with India

Thursday's at 7:00-7.30am with Loren

 

Tuesday Evening Aqua Fit - New time!

Tuesday Aqua Fit has a new earlier time of 6.30-7.30pm!



Thursday Morning Aqua Fit

We will be launching a new morning Aqua class in June, taught by Tanya. This class is in the shallow end of the swimming pool and is designed for all fitness and swimming levels. Have fun and challenge yourself with water resistance in this low impact cardiovascular workout. Non-swimmers welcome.

What time? 09.00 - 09.45am

What day? Every Thursday
