New Group Exercise Programme

We are really excited to tell you about our brand new group fitness timetable which can be found below. We have 45 inspiring and motivating group fitness classes going on every single week! This is our biggest class re-launch to date and we have listened to our customers' feedback to help create our new-look timetable. The new programme design makes it easier to find a class style suited to your interests, and the class descriptions can be located effortlessly - all enhancing your experience with us!


Introducing, Les Mills BODYPUMP™

It is the first time we will see some incredible new class programmes, including Les Mills BODYPUMP™ and Flex & Tone, a hybrid workout class combining Flexible Strength and Body Conditioning - as well as a host of new workouts in Les Mills SPRINT™, Body Combat™, RPM™ and GRIT™.

More new programmes, chosen by you!

1) We are really happy to tell you that our first evening Pilates class begins in the New Year with our new instructor Vince! We have changed our Pilates style so all classes are now suitable for all abilities, allowing more flexibility for our members with 4 classes per week.

2) More early morning and weekend classes - We welcome two brand new classes on Wednesday and Sunday mornings based on your recent feedback, meaning there is an early group exercise option 6 days a week.

3) A brand new Body Combat™ class on a Friday morning with Sabina!

4) Our hugely popular Latin rhythm and dance class, Zumba® with Penni now starts earlier on Monday evenings.

5) A brand new SPRINT™ class on a Monday evening with Loren!
