Fitness Suite Programme Gym Booking UpdatePlease be aware, Sports Club members are no longer required to pre-book their gym session. We have also removed our hourly booking slots so you can now arrive at your convenience. Swimming pool and group exercise class booking is still required and can be done in person, over the phone or by using the St Mary's Health App. COVID-Safe guidelines are still in place when visiting the Sports Club which can be found below. Sanitising gels, antibacterial spray and disposable hand towels are provided by the club. Please also be mindful of the personal space of others whilst using the club facilities. Thank you. Junior Gym There are specific 'Junior Gym' sessions within our fitness suite timetable which offers the opportunity for Junior Members (aged 13 -15 years) to attend the fitness suite for a workout. The use of free weights and resistance machines at a young age may have a negative effect on physical development, therefore we kindly request that Junior Members do not to use this equipment.
